Holiday Shipping
UPS shipments, December 16th is the last day to order for possible Christmas delivery to the contiguous U.S.A. See specific shipping maps below.
Freight shipments (AlleyOOP Trampolines, Clearance Backyard Trampolines, Blue 10x17 Replacement Pads), December 5th is the last day to order for possible Christmas delivery to the contiguous U.S.A. Based on your proximity to the warehouse address, some Backyard Trampolines may ship UPS.
- I haven’t received tracking information. If it has been beyond 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, or your tracking information indicates your package is not moving, please contact us about the status of your order. If your item is on back order you should have received notification. If we experience shipping delays, we will send you an email with estimated availability dates as soon as possible.
- When will my order arrive? Orders can take up to 2 business days to process and ship from a warehouse in either Virginia and California. Please refer to the tracking shipment process directly on the carriers website. See the UPS ground maps below for estimated transit times to your zone.
- I only received part of my order. Many orders are shipped in multiple boxes from various warehouses and may not all be delivered on the same day. Each shipment via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, will generate separate tracking emails directly from those carriers. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, the email may have been blocked or sent to a spam folder, please check there. If you contact us about a missing box, we will begin an investigation with the shipper which can require up to 7-10 business days to complete. Thank you in advance for your patience.

These models are shipped via freight truck and take 5-10+ business days to arrive in most states depending upon proximity to the nearest warehouse. Customer shipping address must allow for a large truck and will be curbside delivery.
